We understand that life happens. We ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Specific policies are shared before services begin so expectations are clear. 

 Yes. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential and handled with professionalism and discretion, except where disclosure is required by law. 

 Adulteen is designed for young adults ages 16–20 who are navigating early adulthood. 

Parents are included at the beginning to align expectations and goals. Ongoing involvement depends on the program structure and the needs of the young adult.

Payment details are clearly discussed before any commitment is made. We currently accept payments via Venmo and Zelle. Payment instructions are provided after services are confirmed. No services begin without mutual agreement on expectations, deliverables, and investment.
